Q1. Can I have the sample?
Yes, we provide the sample with retail price.And the sample cost will be returned back to you once you place an order.
Q2. What is the price?
The price depends on the product and quantity. You can leave your preferred product model and requirements as well as your contact information. We will contact you as soon as possible after seeing the information.
Q3. What is the MOQ requested for the order?
Normally our MOQ is between 10-2000pcs, it depends on the product, you can leave the product model you need and we will send you the MOQ.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
Normally we will send samples by express, other cases can be shipped by sea or air, if you have other needs, we will try our best to meet them.
Q5. What is your warranty?
Normally, we provide 1-2 years warranty.
Q6. What is your payment method?
We usually accepted the 30% T/T deposit and balance payment before shipment. For the other payment method also can be negotiated.
